Anti-Fraud PolicyThe Mais Vida Moçambique, Limitada and the companies of the group support and are betting, to and in an intransigent way to implement all the mechanisms and procedures that guarantee an effective fight against Fraud.Mais Vida has been implementing a significant number duly identified measures, namely at the level of the existence of an Anti-Fraud Policy, in order to not only reduce the likelihood of occurrence but also to mitigate the impacts of possible fraudulent situations. In view of the consequences they may have on reputational, business processes with actual or potential losses and the significant effects on the determination of the applicable insurance premiums, we consider this purpose to be particularly relevant. One of the measures adopted consists of the implementation of adequate channels of communication and reporting that allow any Client or Third Party, under strict confidentiality or anonymity, if this is desired, to communicate to Mais Vida, mere suspicion, attempt or Fraud of which it has knowledge, provided that there are facts that indicate a certain situation as fraudulent.
